Semihard Cheese
This attractive white-rind cheese is unique. Premium cow’s milk, salt and a very special blend of cultures and rennet are transformed using traditionaL handcrafted techniques into this rich, dense yet smooth and flavourful cheese.
Matured Cheese
Cheese with an intense flavour and aroma, with a red rind, which requires more time and special care in its production process to obtain a unique product. Once the curd is obtained, it must be brought to certain temperature and humidity conditions to develop its colour, smell and flavour characteristics. A delight with the flavour of Venezuela! One of its advantages is that it can be preserved for a long time without refrigeration. This particular product is pressed for no less than 24 hours and cured until it reaches a perfect state of maturity for up to 20 days
Fresh Cheese
They are like the newborns of the cheese world, soft, tender and with a delicate flavor!! The magic of this cheese lies in its artisanal preparation, and in the ancestral wisdom of our cheesemakers, staying true to our roots, giving it an incomparable flavor and aroma, impossible to replicate in other countries. It is characterized by its softness and a medium level of salt. The best way to consume it is when it is very fresh with arepa, baked plantain, hot chocolate and a good coffee.
Age Cheese Black Shell
This particular product is pressed for no less than 24 hours and cured to a perfect state of ripeness for up to 60 days. The edible rind, made from a special recipe that includes coffee and spices, helps protect and provide the exquisite, intense flavor of the Parmesan-type hard cheese. Inside, the texture of the ivory-colored center of the cheese is firm and dry, yet rich, dotted with small, irregular eyes. One of its advantages is that it can be kept for a long time without refrigeration.
